If you already have a PayPal account, you can select the payment method PayPal at the end of the order process in the payment methods (in step 4). Then you can log in to PayPal and make the payment.

If you return one or more items, the corresponding order value (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded and credited to your PayPal account.

With us you can always pay safely with your credit card. We accept all credit cards from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PostFinance, Discover and Diners. Your credit card will only be charged once your order has been shipped.

Purchase on account with instalment facility (POWERPAY)

Our external service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY, offers the payment method "purchase on account" as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice from the MF Group with an order overview in the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim that has arisen and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you also accept the POWERPAY GTC.

Please note that purchase on account is only possible in Germany and Austria.

With us, you can always pay securely with Apple Pay via the Safari browser. To do this, simply select the purchase option "credit/debit card" in the 4th step of the check-out.

Refund:
As soon as you have notified us of the cancellation of the contract, the refund will be made to you within fourteen days. In doing so, we will credit the corresponding value of the goods to the credit card originally charged.

PF Pay is the new online payment method of PostFinance. At the end of October 2023, the previous payment methods of PostFinance will be deactivated in the alpaca-onlineshop. From the end of October, only PF Pay will be possible as a payment method of PostFinance.
