Payment information
You can pay securely and conveniently by debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay, JCB and Maestro.
Your card will be charged immediately after the order has been placed.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the debit or credit card originally used for the purchase.

Your card details and personal data are transmitted using the highest security standards. Authentication via the 3D Secure standard ensures a secure processing of your card payment.
You can pay securely and conveniently using TWINT. Simply select "TWINT" as your payment method during checkout and follow the instructions on your device. You will be guided through the payment process.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the corresponding amount will be refunded via TWINT.
If you already have a PayPal account, you can select PayPal as your payment method during checkout. After completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to securely complete your payment.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, the credit or refund will be processed in accordance with PowerPay's terms and conditions.
When selecting Bank Transfer, you will receive our bank details after completing your order. These are displayed directly on the order confirmation page and can be accessed at any time via the "View Order" link in your order confirmation email.
Please transfer the invoice amount within 10 days and use your order number as the payment reference.
Your order will be released for shipment once payment has been received.
