Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us or to alpaca.ch (Industriestrasse 26, 8404 Winterthur, Switzerland) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
When will I receive my refund for returned items?
- You will usually receive your refund within 14 days after we have received your return. However, the refund will be made at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods. - We will refund your payment using the same method of payment that you used for the purchase.
- If you have returned only part of your order, we will refund the corresponding value of the returned items.
- Please note that the goods should be returned, if possible, in an unworn, unwashed and clean condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction for any loss in value resulting from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
What should I do if the package was damaged during shipping?
If your order was damaged during transport, please proceed as follows:
- If possible, refuse acceptance of the shipment and report the damage directly to the delivery service. Ask for confirmation of the damage report and send us a copy by email to sale@alpaca.ch
- If you have already accepted the shipment, please take photos of the damaged goods and the packaging and send them to us within 14 days by email (subject: damage report).
- Our customer service will review your report and inform you as soon as possible about the next steps.
